The Problem

During our website audit for prestige, we determined that the website had lacked a clear value proposition, call to actions and failed to highlight the benefits and uniqueness of prestige's services.

Since their website was outdated, it was not mobile-friendly which provided a poor mobile user experience and made it difficult for users to access the website. A lot of dead links were also found on the website and inadequate information about their services were displayed which frustrated users who were unable to access certain information.

The Strategy

We started by rewriting the content of the website homepage so that visitors can identify clearly what prestige does We developed the website on a content management platform that now gives prestige greater control We created a more user-friendly website with eye-catching graphic assets.

We made the website mobile friendly by creating a responsive website design that adapts automatically device as it is being viewed on smartphones, tablets, iPad, desktops or laptops.

The Result

After the website redesign their website visits went up by 102% from the previous last 2 quarters of the year. These sessions resulted in 570 new contacts in 5 months! and 170 of those contacts turned into customers. They have seen an increase in client leads and sales revenue since the website launched.
