BlackStage UK is a documentary style web series created to be a cathartic sharing of accounts for black community that allows space for healing and also act as a tool and source for anti-racist learning for the arts community and beyond.
BlackStageUK needed a website that would serve as a one stop shop for all their episode releases and anti-racist learning resources and also a branding and logo redesign that would resonate with the organization and it’s target audience.
We helped BlackStage Uk kickoff their dream website by scheduling 3 brand research and discovery sessions to understand the organisation's goals, visions and its needs.
We helped them redesign their logo and started with drawing up wireframes and sketches to build the overall layout and outline of the website. Then we finished up with designing a high fidelity wireframe in Figma and then moved to the development of the website using a powerful content management system like WordPress.
After the brand redesign and website development we did for BlackStage UK they went ahead to release the first episode of the web series which gained almost 10,000 views within it’s first 2 weeks of release and their website continues to gain traction in views and session time
